About the Team
The commerce industry has seen tremendous growth in recent years and has become a hotly contested space amongst leading Internet companies, and its future growth cannot be underestimated. We are looking for an experienced Global Key Account Operation Leader to help us build our business and drive the growth of global brands. This person will develop the go-to-market strategy, prioritize key initiatives, and build and lead a talented operation team to provide the best service to them. The team will play a critical role in establishing and leading strategic commerce partnerships between TikTok and the world's top-tier brands.

We are looking for someone who is curious, exemplifies the growth mindset, and is unafraid to deal with ambiguity and solve novel problems. We are also looking for someone who is passionate about people development, creating a strong team culture, and leading high-performing teams.

- Craft overall strategy to deliver growth for the business - define goals, identify opportunities and design approaches
- Build and develop a strong team to drive growth and align with the business strategy
- Identify innovative collaborative models that fit into merchants' short-term and long-term development plans, and invest platform resources effectively and efficiently
- Solve key challenges in business growth through strong collaboration with cross-function teams
Minimum Qualifications:
- 5 years' experience as an operator in e-commerce or omnichannel Retail in Brand-driven categories such as Beauty or Personal Care
- Track record of delivering & exceeding sales, GMV, or other commercial goals
- Experience leading business partnerships at senior leadership levels
- Experience hiring & developing talent and operating high-performing commercial teams
- Team player, fast learner and open to changes
- Ability to thrive in a rapid, agile, and often ambiguous environment with a growth mindset

Preferred Qualifications:
- A combination of experience on both the platform/Retail side, and the Brand/Merchant side
- Experience with TikTok or other content-driven platforms or content-based commerce on either brand or platform side
- Experience partnering with product teams to develop platform features to support category growth
- Strong network and connections with brands, retailers, and sellers is a plus
