About the Team
The commerce industry has seen tremendous growth in recent years and has become a hotly contested space amongst leading Internet companies, and its future growth cannot be underestimated. We are looking for US head for Global Key Accounts Go-To-Market (GTM) team. Global brands are our key strategic partners, and we need a dedicated team to provide the best service to them. The team will play a critical role in establishing and leading strategic commerce partnerships between TikTok and the world's top-tier brands or agencies.

- Builds key TikTok Shop Partner (TSP) and Creator strategies to deliver growth for the business, and define goals, identify opportunities and design approaches to business success.
- This role requires the ability to work across different time zones and cultures and bring a philosophy of client-centricity to the role both internally and externally.
- The successful candidate is proficient in strategy and analytics, with a client serving mindset and is a good team player.
- The ideal candidate is a builder, intellectually curious, creative, entrepreneurial, resilient, comfortable with ambiguity, strong in strategic thinking, and has deep experience working with cross functional teams.
- Bachelor’s Degree and above;
- 8+ years of experience in the e-commerce business; mixed experience in both platform side and brand/merchant side is highly preferred
- Have a solid understanding of social/livestream commerce and content marketing;
- Have previous exposure to apparel or beauty or CPG industry;
- Strong in data analytics and strategic analysis;
- Experience in consulting is a plus;
