About the Team
The commerce industry has seen tremendous growth in recent years and has become a hotly contested space amongst leading Internet companies, and its future growth cannot be underestimated. We are looking for an experienced Creator Partnership Manager to help our global brands succeed on the platform by accelerating the account growth and generating revenue through creator operations.
We are looking for someone who is curious, exemplifies the growth mindset, and is unafraid to deal with ambiguity and solve novel problems. We are also looking for someone who is passionate about ecommerce, and creator communications and management.
Responsibilities:
- Grow global key accounts' revenue driven by creators by sourcing, acquiring, onboarding, engaging with high potential creator talent
- Provide analytics and insights of creators/content to guide brands on their key creator initiatives
- Act as the champion of creator operations for global accounts on the daily basis to improve creator and content quantity and efficiency
- Build relationships with creators, talent agencies and become the POC of daily operations
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience of working at/ with agencies (content related agency is preferred)
- 2+ years experience of working at/with e-commerce (working at brand or marketplace or working at agencies and managed online retail clients)
- The successful candidate is proficient in strategy and analytics, with a client serving mindset and is a good team player.
- The ideal candidate is a builder, intellectually curious, creative, entrepreneurial, resilient, comfortable with ambiguity, strong in strategic thinking, and has deep experience working with cross functional teams.
- Strong merchant growth mindset and operational skills
- Strong knowledge of and experience with Live Streaming or short video is preferred.
- Familiar with TikTok and other content platforms; experience in content-based e-commerce is highly preferred.
