What we're looking for:

  • 10+ years of sales & marketing experience with 5+ years of experience successfully leading, building and scaling B2B SaaS Sales teams
  • Proven experience scaling enterprise-focused and venture-backed software businesses from XM - XXM+ ARR at the top of a global sales organization
  • Scaled and led org sizes from X to XX in quick order, including direct sales, sales development, customer success, and partnerships.
  • Experience selling novel, enterprise grade, and priced software products (100-500K+ ACV)
  • Deep operational rigor; having proven experience in building enterprise focused sales playbooks, client penetration plans, organizational structures, rep plans, onboarding, etc.
  • Highly methodical and processes focused sales leader, someone that has a scientific nature to the way that they build, scale, and iterate
  • Possess a hunter mentality with grit and determination, and a farmer’s ability to nurture and expand opportunity
  • Be an excellent recruiter, coach, and manager
