Firmware Engineer

We are looking for Firmware Engineer with some experience and interest in one or more of the focus areas below:
Main responsibilities will include:
• Mentoring junior colleagues
• Design and test Digital Signal Processing algorithms using MATLAB or similar.
• Ability to be customer facing in technical consultancy and challenge deadlines.
• Manage the process of designing and developing state of art FPGA designs for software defined radio solutions.
• Manage all the technical projects.
Skills/Experience
Essential
• Willingness to learn and expand technical knowledge in all areas.
• Strong academic background in Engineering, Maths or Physics
• Interest in wireless technology
• Knowledge or exposure to FPGA and SoC architectures
• Ability to produce high quality FPGA designs.
Desirable
• Experience in radio communications and digital signal processing
• Range of software development
• Knowledge of hardware design
