Driving Business Growth and Customer Success
The company is seeking a Founding Account Executive to join our go-to-market team and play a pivotal role in shaping our sales engine. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for owning the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, and building lasting relationships with our clients.
Revenue Generation and Pipeline Development
Identify and target potential customers through proactive outreach and qualify inbound leads to generate pipeline. Develop a deep understanding of our clients' needs and tailor your approach to drive meaningful conversations and close deals.
Strategic Sales Enablement and Collaboration
Define and refine our sales processes, including messaging, collateral, and frameworks for handling objections. Collaborate with our founders and product teams to ensure our value propositions are informed by customer feedback and market insights.
Customer and Team Success
Build and nurture strong connections with key decision-makers and stakeholders at our customer organizations. Partner with our Solutions team to deliver measurable success and exceed customer expectations.
Insights and Feedback
Serve as the voice of the customer, informing our product roadmap and marketing strategy. Provide regular insights and feedback to help us refine our approach and drive business growth.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably with a background in data or infrastructure solutions
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets through cold outreach and lead generation
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment
