Stott and May has partnered with one of the leading global players in the digital transformation space, specifically within their Salesforce Solutions arm, looking for their next enterprise sales lead in the US to advance their growing practice within F500 clients.

You'll be joining a team that has over 20 years experience as a business partner to some of the biggest companies in the world, one of the best built and most accessible delivery models, and is backed by some of the best technology leaders and resources in the world to take on complex projects.
We are looking for an ambitious and energetic salesperson with +5 years of overall CRM sales experience, preferably within Salesforce,  to help us expand our clientele. You will be the front of the company to the CRM Market Segment and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.

The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting our sales and forging strong relationships with potential clients.
Responsibilities:
 
  • Creating a new portfolio of clients of varying sizes and industries for Salesforce Solutions, and actively manage these accounts to expand their partnership: identifying new opportunities, long-term relationship building, creation of and delivery of proposals, pricing, reporting...
  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
  • Arrange business meetings with appropriate clients and their C-level executives.
  • Promote and advance the company’s Salesforce products/services addressing for our clients’ objectives
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
  • Provide responses in a Request for Information [RFI] or Request for Proposal [RFP] opportunities
  • Support sales opportunities with technical analysis and requirement scoping
  • Actively manage and report on opportunity pipeline, the status of the business, key activities, customer organizational changes, and conversations. Provide accurate revenue forecasts and consistently achieve sales objectives.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success and working experience as a business development manager, sales executive, or a relevant role with overall +5 years experience in Sales of Software Solutions or Products
  • At least 3+ years of strong experience developing business in Salesforce CRM platform.
  • Deep knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Salesforce eco-system 
  • Communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build rapport, identify opportunities, mange sales process, negotiation and build long term client relationships
  • Time management and planning skills
  • BS/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field
  • Affinity to both technology and business with fluency in English communication (written/verbal) is essential 
  • Strong ability to discuss and demonstrate business benefits and value to a customer of our Salesforce solutions
  • Excellent presentation and demonstration skills
