Our client, a Virtual Professional Coaching and Global Leader in Mental Fitness and Human Transformation are democratizing the Mental Health industry. 

They have seen significant traction and growth in recent years and have just come off a huge $300m Series E round of funding giving them a total of $570m. Being one of the hottest and well back names in the space they are nothing short of a Tier-1 Silicon Valley start up with expectations to grow from 1200 employees to over 2000 in 2022.

Being valued at $4.7bn they landed Unicorn Status and are currently looking for a Top Tier Enterprise Account Manager on the East Coast Region. You will be responsible for driving value for their customers through strategic partnership and alignment with Fortune 1000 customers. 

What you'll do:

Drive Account Strategy and Growth:
  • Develop account strategy in close conversation with customer executives and internal leadership.
  • Own expansion and renewal for 15-25 named accounts.
  • Develop new relationships in strategic accounts through prospecting and networking. 
  • Lead commercial conversations with customers, ensuring end to end success of the contracting process.
Generate and Nurture Enduring Customer Relationships:
  • Navigate complex, matrixed organizations and identify champions internally. 
  • Consult an coach executives on talent and HR strategy and demonstrate how platform aligns to their customer's business objectives. 
  • Serve as an expert on the customer to make informed recommendations about their business and culture. 
Skills and Experience
  • Senior Enterprise level Account Management or Client Management experience. 
  • Experience with consistently exceeding renewal and expansion quota. 
  • Successful previous experience building and maintaining positive and mutually beneficial relationships with external customers and internal stakeholders. 
  • Track record of brining fresh, successful, and cutting edge ideas to your teams and clients. 
  • Ultimate player mindset; always looking to motivate your team and cross-functional teams with zest, and ownership mentality, and playfulness. 
  • Plus: HR, HCM, Talent Management SaaS product experience.
