Job description

As a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets. You will focus on selling our ITSM, IT Operations Management, and Asset management products to new and existing enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the IT industry, possess exceptional sales skills, and be adept at building and maintaining long-term customer relationships. 

Job Description


  • Drive sales of ITSM, IT Operations Management, and Asset management products to achieve or exceed sales targets. 
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to identify and target potential customers within the assigned territory. 
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, leveraging various lead generation techniques and networking opportunities. 
  • Act as a “Team Lead” for your region, which includes oversight of any Associate AEs and BDRs.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify key industry trends, competitors, and customer needs. 
  • Proactively engage with prospective clients through cold calling, networking events, and industry conferences to establish relationships and create business opportunities. 
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value and capabilities of our IT solutions. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, pre-sales, and product management, to develop customized solutions that meet customer requirements. 
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals, negotiate contract terms, and close deals. 
  • Ensure accurate and timely sales forecasting and reporting using CRM tools. 
  • Provide ongoing account management to existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying upselling or cross-selling opportunities. 
  • Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, technological advancements, and competitive landscape. 



  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 
  • 5+ years proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in the IT industry, preferably selling ITSM, IT Operations Management, or Asset management solutions. 
  • Strong knowledge of the IT industry, including an understanding of IT service management practices, IT operations, asset management, and governance, risk, and compliance. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels. 
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships. 
  • Exceptional negotiation and presentation skills. 
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset. 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales-related software. 
  • Sales Management experience a plus.
