Job description

A dynamic enterprise is on the hunt for an Enterprise Account Executive to fuel their growth across North America, with a particular focus on the East Coast regions of New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, and Connecticut.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve and surpass quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Develop and expand a robust pipeline in your assigned territory.
  • Engage and educate C-suite executives across technology, data, learning & development, and talent sectors.
  • Provide precise revenue forecasts on monthly and quarterly bases.
  • Utilize a consultative sales approach to guide senior executives through the purchasing process.
  • Forge enduring relationships to drive revenue growth from existing customers.
  • Participate in networking events and trade shows, both live and virtual.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for customers, identifying and leveraging expansion opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in SaaS sales.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills with a focus on customer engagement.
  • A proven track record of closing enterprise software deals in large and complex accounts, with an average ACV exceeding $100k.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate lengthy sales cycles (6 months or more).
  • Experience selling directly to C-level executives, specifically CTO, CIO, CLO, CDO.
  • A driven, purposeful mindset coupled with the tenacity and resilience required for high achievement.
  • A balanced approach combining a hunter’s drive for acquisition and a farmer’s skill in nurturing and growing opportunities.
  • A humble, team-oriented attitude, capable of working independently or as part of a team, with a commitment to learning and improvement.
  • Knowledge of MEDDPIC sales methodology (considered a plus).
  • Proficiency in AI tools, such as ChatGPT, to enhance work efficiency.
