Global Director – International Youth, Student & Educational Travel
Location: Amsterdam (preferred) | Contract: Full-time | Compensation: €80,000 – €140,000 + 20% performance bonus

What You’ll Do:

Act as the chief spokesperson and ambassador, representing the organization to global institutions, governments, and media.

Develop and execute a strategic plan aligned with core pillars: Trading, Research, Education, and Advocacy.

Lead internal operations, financial management, and a diverse international team.

Oversee major global events and ensure high-value member engagement.

Drive research outputs that inform policy, advocacy, and sector best practice.

Secure funding, partnerships, and sponsorships to ensure long-term sustainability.

Prepare the organization for scalable growth and future leadership succession.
Who You Are:

Senior executive with 8+ years of leadership experience in international organizations, ideally within tourism, education, or cultural exchange sectors. Membership organization experience is a plus.

Proven success in advocacy, strategic planning, and external relations.

Strong operational and financial management skills with experience delivering major events.

Exceptional communicator and relationship-builder across cultures and sectors.

Fluent in English; additional languages are a strong advantage.

Passionate about global youth mobility, education, and sustainable exchange.
