You’ll lead the email and mobile marketing plan, track key KPIs, and build long-term, profitable relationships with customers. Working alongside the Insight Analyst, you’ll manage, develop, and mine the customer database to uncover insights, boost engagement, and improve marketing performance.

What we’re looking for:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in online CRM marketing, ideally within fashion or retail
- Proven track record in managing retention and CRM programmes and database management
- Hands-on experience building workflows within a CRM system
- Strong knowledge of web analytics (Google Analytics) and expert in Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Analytical mindset with creativity to deliver exceptional customer experiences
