What you’ll be doing:
- Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across building systems and plant
- Responding to BMS alarms and performing emergency repairs when needed
- Acting as an Authorised Person (HVAP), preparing switching schedules and ensuring safe isolation/reinstatement of HV/LV equipment
- Ensuring all work is completed to the highest safety and compliance standards
- Supervising subcontractors and ensuring they follow site procedures
- Keeping accurate maintenance records and supporting with incident response
- Building strong working relationships with client staff and your shift team
- Maintaining professional standards and delivering excellent customer service
What you’ll bring:
- HV Authorisation (essential)
- Level 3 NVQ in Electrical or Mechanical discipline
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- Strong experience in a critical environment (data centres preferred)
- Excellent fault-finding and incident management skills
- Good understanding of health & safety and safe systems of work
- A proactive, organised, and reliable approach
- Strong communication skills and a team-player mindset
