Role Title: Project Manager
Location: Knutsford (candidates must be within one hour of the area or willing to relocate)
Duration: Until 31/12/2025
Days Onsite: 2–3 days per week (non-consecutive)
Day Rate: £382.50 Inside IR35

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in leading banking app migrations or enhancements within a major financial institution. The role involves overseeing end-to-end project delivery, ensuring initiatives are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Execution:

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
Manage budgets and coordinate internal teams and external vendors.

Team Leadership:

Assemble, lead, and motivate project teams.
Delegate tasks, monitor progress, and provide guidance and mentorship.

Stakeholder Management:

Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders.
Communicate project status, risks, and issues effectively.
Align project outcomes with business goals and expectations.

Risk & Change Management:

Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.
Manage changes in scope, schedule, and budget.
Maintain quality control throughout the project lifecycle.

Reporting & Documentation:

Track project performance using tools such as Gantt charts and dashboards.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Present progress reports and final outcomes to leadership teams.

To ensure successful delivery of complex banking app projects, driving operational improvements and digital innovation for the client.
