Power Platform Consultant - Adoption Coach
Location: Brussels, Belgium (2 days/week onsite)
Daily Rate: €650-700/day depending on experience
Contract Type: Freelance / Long-term mission (3 years)
We are supporting a client in Belgium on a long-term digital transformation program focused on Power Platform adoption and citizen development.
We are looking for two experienced Power Platform Consultants with strong functional knowledge and excellent coaching skills to help drive end-user adoption, build learning paths, and support the citizen developer community.
Responsibilities

Act as a coach for low-code citizen developers, guiding them in the effective use of the Power Platform.

Support the organization’s Power Platform adoption program.

Deliver trainings, workshops, and hands-on coaching sessions.

Design learning paths and create educational materials tailored for end-users.

Foster a community of practice around low-code tools and best practices.

Write knowledge articles and contribute to internal learning platforms.
Required Skills & Experience

Strong hands-on experience with:

Microsoft Power Automate (flows, automation)

Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven)
-
Microsoft Dataverse (data modeling and integration)

AI Builder (AI Hub) and Microsoft Copilot Studio

Microsoft Power Pages (low-code websites)

Solid functional knowledge of Microsoft 365 collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Planner, Forms, Bookings, etc.).

Experience in user enablement, digital adoption, or training delivery.

Proven ability to present and train in group settings (workshops, classroom sessions).

Excellent communication skills and empathy towards end-users.

Languages: Native French or Dutch + good level of English.
Working Model

2 days per week onsite in Brussels (Monday & Thursday or Tuesday & Thursday).
