Some day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Build an expansion roadmap for the assigned portfolio of business
- Develop success plans for your accounts, and collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to generate account specific collateral/toolkits
- Preparing and negotiating renewals, rightsizing existing contracts based on usage and revised pricing models, and legal/procurement negotiations experience
- Lead change management activities for onboarding accounts by supporting communication efforts, assessing the change impact, supporting training efforts, and ensuring strong adoption
- Prepare adoption plans for new strategic accounts
- Identify and qualify expansion opportunities within the assigned portfolio
- Creating and maintaining accurate contact and activity records in a CRM system (Salesforce) to ensure visibility on each customer interaction
- Continuously build and maintain high levels of knowledge in the project management and resource capacity market
Preferred Skills
- Experience working in the Salesforce ecosystem is highly desirable
- Experience in professional services, software implementation/project delivery, or start-up environment is extremely beneficial
