CRM Test Lead
We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced CRM Test Lead to join our London based Client. As a key member of our IT - Testing department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of quality assurance for the CRM platform, powered by SAP CX suite and Annex Cloud Loyalty platform.
Overview
As the CRM Test Lead, you will own and elevate quality assurance across our CRM platform, defining and executing test strategies, leading end-to-end validation of implementations, integrations, and updates. You will work closely with stakeholders to deliver reliable, best-in-class CRM solutions, leveraging your deep technical expertise, robust automation frameworks, and strong leadership skills.
Required Skills
* Familiarity with other testing tools and methodologies to supplement automation efforts
* Experience with popular test management tools, such as Azure Dev Ops, JIRA
* Proven track record of end-to-end testing for CX implementations, integrations, and upgrades
* Experience defining test plans, risk assessments, traceability matrices, and exit criteria
* Demonstrated ability to lead test teams through all phases of the testing lifecycle
* Strong coaching and mentoring skills to develop junior testers
* Hands-on experience building and maintaining automated test frameworks (e.g. Selenium)
* Integration of automated suites into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, etc.)
* Integration & API Testing - proficiency with REST/OData service testing using tools like Postman or SoapUI
* Experience validating middleware and data flows (e.g. SAP CPI, PI/PO)
* Data Validation & ETL Testing - strong SQL skills for back-end verification, data reconciliation, and ETL testing
* Familiarity with Behaviour-Driven Development (BDD) tools (e.g. Cucumber)
* Performance & security testing (desirable)
* Exposure to performance/load testing tools (e.g. JMeter, LoadRunner)
* Basic understanding of security testing concepts (authentication, authorization, data privacy)
Additional Preferred Skills
* Experience with Annex Cloud Loyalty
* SAP certifications in relevant CX modules
* ISTQB Advanced level certification
* Experience with Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban), including sprint planning and retrospectives
