Chief Revenue Officer - North America (Remote)
$250k - $300k + Bonus

After a period of expansion and acquisitions (4 total), an end-to-end software consulting and development company ($180mm) are looking to continue their build out, with the need to hire a Chief Revenue Officer for their North American business.

They’re experts in their field, and their leadership status given by Forrester and a happy customer base backs this up (e.g. Nielsen, HBO, McKesson). Having successfully delivered on over 3,000 software projects, with a consistent NPS score of 75+, their globally diverse and strong engineering arm allows them to be competitive wherever they need to be.

In this role, you’ll take over a North American $150mm business unit, and a Sales team of 20, where you will craft the growth strategy, build the value prop and role out the solution offering to existing and new clients. For the immediate term the main focus will be the current customer base, where there is alot of untapped potential and unexplored avenues.

The main value piece? It’s all about timing. The building blocks and resources are where they need to be, natural teething issues post acquisition have been ironed out, and a clear roadmap is in place for success; together it creates a fantastic opportunity to join a company in growth mode.

For comp we would be looking at a base of $250k - $300k, plus bonus (can go above for the right person).
