Key Responsibilities:

- Innovation: Drive groundbreaking research in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data science to enhance the AI Assistant's intelligence, efficiency, and effectiveness in providing enterprise-grade solutions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, product development, and business to ensure seamless integration of cutting-edge AI technologies into our products.
- Technology Roadmap: Develop and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap, staying ahead of industry trends and maintaining a competitive edge in the field of AI.
- Recruitment and Development: Build and grow a world-class AI research team, attracting top talent in the field and fostering their professional growth and development.
- Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with external partners, academic institutions, and industry leaders to stay at the forefront of AI advancements and potential collaborations.
Qualifications:
- Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in AI research, with a proven track record of leading successful AI research teams and delivering innovative solutions.
- Expertise in reinforcement learning, meta learning, self-supervised learning, generative algorithms, and deep learning
- Strong publication record in reputable conferences and journals.
- Experience in developing and deploying AI solutions at scale.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
