Business Process Analyst (BPMN Expert) - Hybrid Role (2-3 days onsite)_Freelance

Do you have a passion for optimizing business processes and a proven track record in BPMN process modeling? Are you a skilled communicator who can effectively manage stakeholders and drive process improvement initiatives? If so, we want to hear from you!

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Freelance Business Process Analyst to join our team in a hybrid role (2-3 days onsite). You will play a critical role in identifying opportunities for process improvement, designing and documenting efficient processes using BPMN methodologies, and influencing stakeholders to adopt new solutions.


  • Analyze and document existing business processes using BPMN notation (ARIS or similar tool).
  • Identify areas for process optimization and develop improvement proposals.
  • Conduct gap analysis and propose solutions to bridge process gaps.
  • Participate in workshops and meetings to gather stakeholder input and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Persuasively present process improvement proposals and effectively communicate complex process concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Operations, Management) to ensure successful implementation of process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, ensuring clarity and consistency.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry best practices in BPM and process improvement methodologies.


  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Analysis with a strong focus on process improvement.
  • At least 5 years of experience in IT-related projects and a solid understanding of business process flows.
  • Proven experience with BPM methodologies and proficiency in BPMN process modeling tools (ARIS or similar).
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify process inefficiencies and recommend effective solutions.
  • Experience with managing stakeholders, building consensus, and influencing decision-making.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a multicultural environment.
  • Experience working on large and complex projects is a plus.
  • Experience with solution design from a process perspective is a plus.
