Business Analyst (Media)
Permanent, Full-time
Hybrid working- London Based
Salary- Up to £50K per annum
Stott and May are pleased to be working with a dynamic, Digital Technology client who are looking to expand their team!
Responsibilities:
· Provide user support: Recording, tracking and resolving queries
· Oversee the implementation of approved process improvements created in the process mapping tool, and any impacts are known before change
- Participate in project meetings and serve as liaison between system owners and business users
- Conduct requirements validation with key stakeholders, gaining appropriate approvals, and manage the change processes for requirements documentation
- Follow up with project team members on requirements, business processes and document use cases to ensure business needs will be met by new systems
Requirements and skills:
· Experience using Conga, DocuSign and Workday (Desirable)
· 2+ year’s Business Analyst experience
· Media background
· Experience engaging with stakeholders both internally and externally
