What You'll Do:

- Collaborate with insurance specialists to convert claims workflows into scalable, AI-driven processes.
- Implement large language models (LLMs), LangChain, and other cutting-edge tools to handle complex insurance challenges at scale.
- Lead projects from initial concept through deployment, continuously measuring and optimizing performance metrics.
Required Skills:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in AI/ML engineering or research.
- Proven track record of executing AI/ML projects from start to finish, with measurable impact on key business metrics.
- Proficiency in deploying AI solutions, including experience with LLMs and related frameworks.
- Strong communication skills, with ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical colleagues.
- Comfortable working in fast-changing environments and managing ambiguity.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with emerging AI frameworks like LangChain.
- Familiarity with insurance claim processes and workflows.
- Knowledge of cloud deployment and scalable solutions.
- Previous experience in startup or scale-up settings.
Preferred Education and Experience:
