Our client is the leading destination for short-form mobile video. They are currently looking for an Affiliate Operations Team Lead, within their eCommerce department to support continued growth of the business.
About the Role:
The global eCommerce US operation team aims to deliver high quality products together with a unique customer experience. The role is responsible for building the Ecommerce partnership for the e-commerce business in the US. With more than 1 billion loyal users globally, we believe this is an ideal platform to deliver a brand new and better e-commerce experience to our users. Responsibilities:
- Lead the team to identify, onboard and incubate growth for mid to long-tail e-com creators to foster trust and ensure sustainable creator payouts
- Formulate strategy and lead the team to implement diverse creator campaigns to constantly motivate creator activation and achieve sales goal
- Design and lead the team to implement creator education programs to equip creators with skillsets and know-how on becoming successful
- Work closely with affiliate product team to optimize the creator experience and solve key challenges
Qualifications:
- 6+ years experience of creator e-com affiliate program operation; mixed experience in social media platform side, brand side, and creator agency side is highly preferred
- 3+ years experience of people management
- Strong connections with creators and creator agencies is preferred
- Strong knowledge and experience of live streaming is preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- A good team player, fast learner and open to changes.
- Attention to detail, affinity with numbers, strong in problem solving
- Familiar with mainstream e-commerce platforms, experience in content-based e-commerce is highly preferred
