Key Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in roles centered around new or expansion sales, revenue-focused account management, or customer success.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Commercial Management: Lead negotiations, finalize contracts, pricing agreements, and terms in collaboration with internal and legal teams. Identify and drive revenue growth through account expansion, renewals, and upselling. Monitor account performance and revenue forecasts to ensure accurate management reporting.

  • Customer Relationship Management: Regularly evaluate customer success metrics to foster retention and pinpoint improvement areas. Proactively engage with customers to guarantee satisfaction, resolve concerns, and uncover opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

  • Customer Success: Partner with product and engineering teams to incorporate customer feedback into product development. Conduct business reviews, offering strategic recommendations to enhance customer value and meet their objectives.

  • Internal Collaboration: Liaise with sales, marketing, product, and enterprise engineering teams to synchronize strategies and deliver superior customer experiences. Support customer marketing efforts and provide insights to inform product roadmap and enhancements.
