Our GTM Executive Search Team at Stott and May is currently on the search for a Senior Account Executive for a Seed-Stage Software Vendor in the cyber security and video privacy software sector.
This organization is on a mission to advance critical visual AI systems and video surveillance programs for highly regulated organizations across the globe. Built on AI-first privacy enhancing software, their platform helps organizations enhance their security programs, while staying in compliance with local and national regulations - helping businesses increase security without compromising personal privacy.

What we're looking for:
- 5+ years of experience within SaaS, Cyber, or Technology Services sales, in a quota-carrying sales role focused on supporting net-new opportunities
- Track record of landing net-new deals with SLED, Public Safety, Healthcare, and Local Government organizations across the US
- Experience in courting, managing, and developing key channel partners into strong revenue channels for a business
- Ability to manage complex sales cycles of 3-6 months+ in length
- Experience in selling at the C-Level, particularly in technology and compliance teams
- Strong operational rigor; having proven experience in running enterprise focused sales playbooks, client penetration plans, organizational structures, rep plans, onboarding, etc.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment to achieve results together; be highly coachable and adopts a growth mindset
- Highly methodical and processes focused sales person, someone that has a scientific nature to the way that they build pipeline, sell, and iterate
