Hiring: Account Executive | Madrid | Fintech

I’m supporting a fast-growing European fintech company transforming account-to-account payments across the continent. After impressive growth over the past year, they are now looking for a driven Account Executive to join their team in Madrid.

This is a great opportunity for someone with 1–2 years of full-cycle B2B sales experience (ideally in tech or payments) ready to step into a high-impact, fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals

  • Build and nurture relationships with senior decision-makers (CFOs, CEOs, Heads of Payments)

  • Understand the product deeply and communicate its value clearly

  • Maintain an organised pipeline and deliver accurate forecasts

  • Identify new opportunities through market research and networking

What They’re Looking For:

  • 1–2 years of outbound or full-cycle sales experience (tech/fintech a plus)

  • Fluent in Spanish and English

  • Strong communicator, confident negotiator, and self-starter

  • Curious, resilient, and motivated to exceed targets
