Hiring: Account Executive | Madrid | Fintech
I’m supporting a fast-growing European fintech company transforming account-to-account payments across the continent. After impressive growth over the past year, they are now looking for a driven Account Executive to join their team in Madrid.
This is a great opportunity for someone with 1–2 years of full-cycle B2B sales experience (ideally in tech or payments) ready to step into a high-impact, fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do:

Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals

Build and nurture relationships with senior decision-makers (CFOs, CEOs, Heads of Payments)

Understand the product deeply and communicate its value clearly

Maintain an organised pipeline and deliver accurate forecasts

Identify new opportunities through market research and networking
What They’re Looking For:

1–2 years of outbound or full-cycle sales experience (tech/fintech a plus)

Fluent in Spanish and English

Strong communicator, confident negotiator, and self-starter

Curious, resilient, and motivated to exceed targets
