Job description

My client is looking for Sales Account Executives in Europe for a company leading the way in AI Technology. You will play a vital role in securing new AI Software business within targeted accounts in the Industrial Division. The successful candidate will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from strategising and prospecting to selling and closing business, while ensuring that monthly, quarterly, and annual quota targets are met. We are looking for a highly motivated, over-achieving individual who excels in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and possesses the ability to build and secure strong relationships with key stakeholders in targeted accounts.
Collaborate with internal teams such as Marketing and Product Management to align sales plans for optimal go-to-market strategies. Work with marketing to conduct extensive outreach to targets. Generate a pipeline through inbound channels, outbound prospecting, attending events, and partner networks. Develop a deep understanding of target client profiles and subgroup stakeholders, including their pain points, data needs, buying decisions, and client budget dynamics. Drive sales processes involving multiple layers of stakeholders, users, and decision makers to close deals. Coordinate with prospects and internal teams to deliver high-value proof of concepts. Close sales to new clients within the assigned accounts to achieve revenue targets. Ensure adherence to the sales process by documenting all sales activity in CRM (Salesforce).
Requirements:
- Sales development experience in selling engineering software to Enterprise clients in process manufacturing.
- Customer-facing sales in SaaS (preferred).
- Deep understanding of Process Manufacturing in the energy, chemical, oil & gas, and food & beverage areas.
- Strong analytical capabilities, negotiation skills, and a competitive drive are a must.
- Commercially minded, with the ability to accelerate sales cycles.
- We are looking for a ‘hunter’ with proven ability to close.
