Job description

An innovative company is seeking a dynamic Account Executive to become an integral part of their Corporate Sales Team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage in proactive prospecting through research, cold calls, emails, and social media strategies to identify potential business accounts.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas by maintaining and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly activity KPIs/metrics.
  • Efficiently manage and organize a book of business within the CRM system (SFDC).
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on the company's platform and applications suite, effectively evangelizing its benefits.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of target accounts to tailor sales approaches effectively.
  • Establish connections with key decision-makers and senior leaders, identifying their needs and presenting tailored solutions.
  • Devise and execute innovative strategies to engage decision-makers within prospect accounts.

Requirements for Success:

  • A minimum of 6 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of exceeding quotas and driving team revenue growth.
  • Demonstrated ability to adhere to key activity and performance metrics with a strong emphasis on value selling.
  • Experience with sales tools such as Salesforce, Gong, and Alego.
  • Knowledge in ML/AI, including natural language fundamentals, knowledge management, and enterprise technology platforms.
  • Previous experience in SaaS and startup environments is highly desirable.
  • A customer-centric mindset, with a high sense of urgency and the ability to inspire and motivate others.
