They’re now looking for an Account Director to take ownership of a small number of high-value, global accounts across the legal and professional services sector. This is a career-defining opportunity to work with C-suite stakeholders at some of the world’s biggest firms — and to shape the future of enterprise account management within a rocket-ship business.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage 1–3 global enterprise accounts (e.g., Deloitte, PwC, top international law firms)
- Own portfolios starting at €700k–€1M ARR, with potential to scale to €10M+ per account
- Build and grow trusted partnerships with senior law firm partners & C-suite stakeholders
- Drive account expansion, upsell, and long-term strategic success
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver seamless client outcomes
- Help define and scale the enterprise account management function as one of the early hires
What We’re Looking For
- Fluent in English (additional languages such as French, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Polish, or Arabic are a plus)
- A polished enterprise account manager with SaaS or professional services experience
- Proven success managing and expanding large, global client relationships
- Strong executive presence with the ability to engage senior stakeholders with confidence
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, unstructured scale-up environment
- Commercially minded, relationship-driven, and motivated by impact
