Lead Community Manager
Stott and May are working with a company building cutting-edge infrastructure that combines top-tier security with high-speed smart contracts, on Bitcoin. Their mission is to unlock Bitcoin’s full potential by enabling scalable DeFi applications, efficient rollups, and trust-minimized bridges — creating real utility and composability across the ecosystem.
They're looking for a Lead Community Manager to head up all community efforts.
Responsibilities:

Grow and engage our global community across social channels

Launch ambassador programs, AMAs, and online campaigns

Build and manage a scalable moderation team with clear guidelines

Create narratives, memes, and content around Bitcoin and DeFi culture

Track community KPIs and drive growth with data-driven insights

Act as a connector between the core team and the community
Requirements:

Deeply familiar with Bitcoin, DeFi, and Web3 culture

Experienced in building and managing engaged communities

Creative, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership

Skilled with platforms like Discord, Telegram, and Twitter
- Fluent in English (additional languages a plus)
- Bonus: design/multimedia skills, public speaking, or existing crypto network
