Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and monitor crucial marketing metrics and KPIs, optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI.

  • Represent the company at industry events and in media engagements, boosting its stature and expanding professional networks.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, creativity, and data-driven decision-making within the marketing department.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
  • At least 10 years of marketing experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role within the Enterprise, BI, and AI sectors.
  • Deep understanding of AI and a data-driven approach, underpinned by substantial experience with analytics.
  • Proven ability to develop strategic marketing plans that significantly enhance company positioning and growth.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with a record of motivating teams to surpass their goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
  • Advanced knowledge of digital marketing, analytics tools, and data-driven decision making.
  • A continuous learner, well-versed in the latest marketing trends and technologies.
