About the roles:
We are currently recruiting for a UX Researcher role which will play a crucial role in crafting the future state of the product design for this company! What is super exciting is that you will be tasked with crafting and building the research function.
In this role you will:
- Defining the foundational questions and structure that guide our UX research program
- Owning and leading research planning and execution
- Partnering with UX/UI designers, digital products, and other key stakeholders to create research plans for all phases of the product delivery lifecycle
- Facilitate human-centered design workshops to frame problems and opportunities
- Partner with UX Designers to infuse consumer feedback (research) tactics into the overall design process
- Defining the long-term Research Roadmap that directly correlates with the digital product Roadmap to help guide what features and functionality should be prioritized within the overall product ecosystem
About you:
- At least 4 years of experience as a UX Researcher in a corporate setting
- You have experience creating minimum viable products, utilizing rapid prototyping and iterative design techniques
- You have an innate passion for learning new software design technologies and trends
- You’re autonomous and self-managed. You’ll take full ownership of your work, and you take responsibility for every last detail, every step of the way
- You embrace change and ambiguity as an opportunity for design to lead through innovation
- Confident presentation and storytelling abilities
