Job description

Position: User Support Specialist for Microsoft (365, Dynamics, EU)
Starting Date: ASAP
Work Mode: Remote with occasional travel to Brussels
Workload: Full-time (3-4 days a week also considered)
Ending Date: One-year contract with possibilities of extensions

Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary contact person for business users
Provide support and guidance to users in utilizing Microsoft products, with a focus on 365 and Dynamics
Assist with product configurations based on user needs
Offer end-user support to ensure optimal product usage
Conduct training sessions for users to enhance their proficiency
Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of the products
occasional on-site presence in Brussels (flexibility for remote work)
Maintain a reasonable response time to user queries
Ideal candidate will be at a medior to senior level

Qualifications:
Previous experience in user support for Microsoft products (365, Dynamics)
Proven ability to troubleshoot and configure Microsoft products
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong training capabilities
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Dynamics
Ability to balance remote work with occasional on-site presence
Demonstrated experience working with business users
Medior to senior level of expertise
