Job description
Technology Advisory Director
About NashTech
- NashTech is a UK headquartered global technology services business. NashTech is owned by PAG, a global alternative asset management company.
- NashTech has over 25 years of experience building custom software, working with senior technology leaders who are driving transformational change in their businesses or seeking to disrupt their markets.
- Custom Software is a strategic space because it often relates to where enterprises are seeking to differentiate or innovate through building capability that cannot be sourced from standard off the shelf software.
- NashTech draws on significant client experience and a range of technical specializations focusing on modern technologies including Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and associated data engineering disciplines.
- NashTech also offers services in Technology and Digital Advisory, Business Process Management and Application Management. These can often be combined to drive significant financial benefits for clients.
- NashTech has approximately 2,000 people working across 5 delivery centres based in Vietnam (Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi and Danang), India (New Delhi) and Central and South America (via Costa Rica) - integrated with on-shore client teams.
- NashTech’s customers span North America, Europe and Asia Pacific and works across industry but has particularly strong experience in Higher Education, Insurance, Supply Chain and Consumer sectors.
- Within its client base, NashTech’s works in both the enterprise space and the Independent Software Vendor (ISV) space. ISVs (or ‘xTechs’) typically have demanding technical, quality and working methods/ collaboration requirements.
- Because NashTech’s work is delivered primarily through off-shore development centres, NashTech offers a price point that is significantly lower than on-shore and near shore options.
- In addition to competitive pricing, NashTech’s longevity and growth is rooted in very high quality of delivery and work outputs, and highly selective recruitment and retention of top engineering talent which is supported by a positive working culture.
- These factors (price, quality, culture and people retention) lead to an exceptional customer experience: NashTech’s client Net Promoter Score is 76 (above 55 is considered ‘very high’) and the average client relationship length is more than 5 years, with many clients exceeding that.
This is a very exciting time to join the business, especially as, since the recent acquisition, they are at a pivotal point in their growth journey and are investing in the future success from both an organic and inorganic point of view.
