SVP Client Partner - Technology
$250k - $275k + Bonus + Equity
Seattle, or Bay area

After a period of expansion and acquisitions (4 total), we was recently briefed by an AI-led Quality Engineering services company ($500mm) that is looking to continue their build out, with the need to hire a Senior Client Partner (SVP level, leadership) in Tech. 

Working across innovation areas such as AI, Automation, Blockchain and Extended Reality, they’re experts in this field, and their leadership status given by major analysts backs this up. Clients are coming to them because of their specialism, plus the capabilities they’ve built, and having a globally diverse engineering arm allows them to be competitive wherever they need to be.

In this role, you’ll have a team of 5 (dotted line into 450-500) and be responsible for their largest Tech client (one of the Big Five), which represents roughly $75mm today. You will manage the P&L and drive growth by collaborating with Marketing, Sales and Delivery teams, looking to expand the relationship beyond where it’s at. With how things are tracking, this could be a $100mm - $120mm BU within a couple years.

The main value piece? It’s all about timing. The company has seen tremendous growth, having tripled their revenue in the last 3 years, and expecting a similar effort in the next phase. This is considered a prestigious account and the opportunity is to build and scale globally with a company going through major expansion.

For comp we would be looking at a base of $250k - $275k, plus bonus, and equity. We don’t want money to be a stopper, so we can go above for the right person.
