- Relevant SuccessFactors certifications (e.g., Employee Central)
- Experience with related HR tools and emerging technologies
- Involvement in thought leadership activities
Preferred Background:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Certifications and a track record of successful HR tech projects
