- Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven solutions that enhance business-critical workflows.
- Optimize and fine-tune LLMs for performance, scalability, and accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product and engineering, to integrate AI capabilities into core products.
- Ensure high reliability and efficiency of AI systems in production environments.
- Stay ahead of advancements in AI/ML technologies, applying relevant innovations to improve our client’s product suite.
- Research and develop new applications for voice AI and LLM-powered solutions.
About You
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on AI/ML applications.
- Proven experience implementing and scaling LLM-powered workflows, using tools like Langfuse, TensorZero, or similar.
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face).
- Experience deploying AI solutions on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for AI innovation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Expertise in voice AI, including speech recognition, natural language understanding, and conversational AI.
- Experience in healthcare or SaaS industries.
