As a flexible Solutions Engineer, you will design and deploy security solutions based on customers’ unique needs.
In your first few weeks in this Solutions Engineer role, you can expect to:
Be the technical and business bridge between our client and prospects/customers bringing value to both teams
Simplify complex security problems to a range of audiences
Work collaboratively cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, the SOC and Engineering
Embrace a customer-first approach leveraging strong consultative skills.
To apply for this role, you will need a sales engineering background or 5+ years of relevant work experience. You will also require:
Advanced knowledge in endpoint security or network security space – AV, EDR, incident response, forensics, SIEM, firewall, HIPS/IDS, etc
Experience in security service provider space – MSSP, MDR, Vulnerability Management, Penetration Testing, etc
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to travel as required.
