- Proven experience as a Software Engineering Manager or in a similar leadership role
- Strong software engineering background with hands-on experience in software development
- Expertise in cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
- Demonstrated experience leading and managing remote teams
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
