Job description
Our client, an award-winning digital transformation agency, is looking for a platform architect for a high priority implementation project, and ongoing platform support across SFMC Engagement and data cloud. The position will regularly interface with a cross-functional team of developers, Architects, and digital marketers to help drive customer engagement.
The ideal candidate will have expert level knowledge of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud Platform on a highly technical level, as well as comfortability collaborating with multiple points of contact within an enterprise organization.

The ideal candidate will have expert level knowledge of the Salesforce Marketing Cloud Platform on a highly technical level, as well as comfortability collaborating with multiple points of contact within an enterprise organization.
Responsibilities:
- Develop knowledge of the client’s needs and translate those needs into technical solutions and platform configuration.
- Lead platform configuration and develop digital marketing campaigns – Email, Web, SMS.
- Documentation and training to client teams.
- Oversee work done by developers.
- Interface regularly with senior team members and provide support in usage of the platform, project estimation, discovery and roadmapping.
- Provide support as needed.
- SFMC integration with Data Visualization tools, client databases and CDP.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years experience working with Marketing Cloud
- 5+ SFMC implementation projects
- Deep understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud engagement.
- Experience with Interaction Studio and Salesforce Data Cloud.
- Strong proficiency with AMPScript, SQL, SSJS, JSON and XML.
- Demonstrated data integration experience within SFMC.
- Strong experience collaborating with both technical and non-technical staff
