Are you a seasoned security consultant with a passion for guiding organizations through strategic security program development?

Do you thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where your expertise shapes a company's security future? If so, then this unique opportunity is for you!

About the Company:

My client is a leading global provider of electronic components, experiencing significant growth fueled by recent German acquisitions. As they integrate these new businesses, they are looking for a Senior Security Consultant to act as a trusted advisor, building and leading a global security program from the ground up.

Core responsibilities:

  • Conduct a comprehensive security assessment of our newly acquired businesses, identifying strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement.

  • Develop and deliver a strategic security roadmap, aligning with industry best practices and regulatory compliance.

  • Advise and collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, network engineering, cybersecurity) on integrating security best practices into everyday operations.

  • Craft expert-level security documentation, including policies and procedures, tailored to the specific needs of the acquired businesses.

  • Partner with senior stakeholders across various businesses to gain buy-in and ensure program adoption.

What makes this role special?

  • First-mover advantage: Be the first dedicated security consultant, building a program from the ground up with your consulting expertise.

  • High-impact engagement: See your work directly translate into a more secure and compliant global organization.

  • Growth potential: This is a high-growth company, and your successful engagement can lead to ongoing consulting opportunities.

  • Top-tier compensation and benefits: We offer a competitive compensation package with the flexibility of consulting work.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in security program architecture and implementation (consulting experience a plus).

  • Proven ability to advise and guide leadership teams on strategic security decisions.

  • Strong understanding of security best practices, frameworks, and compliance requirements.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and thrive in a dynamic environment.

Ready to leverage your expertise and make a lasting impact? If you are a passionate and results-oriented security leader with a consulting mindset, this could be a great opportunity for you.
