As a Product Manager in this incubator start-up your most important expertise will be knowing how to bring impactful products to market. You will have out-of-the-box creativity and analytical skills in order to understand what the market needs, set a product vision and roadmap, and guide a diverse team in bringing the company's products to life!
A passion for education is important, as there will be needs for non-standardized hours, but knowing you are helping students achieve their full potential is what keeps the team motivated along the way.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Create product visions using a data-driven approach, based upon customer need and analysis, to succeed in the marketplace
- Drive product vision and strategy
- Develop a product roadmap that is aligned with company/platform goals
- Evangelize your roadmap with internal stakeholders
- Write product specs, develop KPI/Success metrics
- Work with our Marketing team to define product messaging: launch, onboarding, growth
- Regularly analyze market movement and competitive landscape
- A passion for changing lives through education
- 7+ years of Product Manager experience; startup experience a plus and/or MBA
- BS technical degree or similar
- Proven track record of managing a product through it’s entire life-cycle in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Agile product development methodologies
- Experience with iOS, Android, web applications
- Experience with learning services a BIG plus!
