Job description
Our esteemed client is seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Service Cloud Engineer to join their built-out internal team of Salesforce Subject Matter Experts (Commerce, Service, Marketing, etc).
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement customized Salesforce Service Cloud solutions to meet business needs.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Configure and customize Service Cloud functionalities, including case management, knowledge base, and Omni-Channel routing.
- Integrate Salesforce Service Cloud with other systems and third-party applications.
- Perform data modeling and design data structures to support Service Cloud processes.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture, design specifications, and user guides.
- Stay up-to-date with Salesforce updates, best practices, and industry trends.
- Perform regular system maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization.
- Lead and participate in testing efforts, including unit testing and user acceptance testing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant certification preferred.
- Minimum of X years of experience in Salesforce Service Cloud development and implementation.
- Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
- Strong understanding of Service Cloud features and capabilities.
