Job Title: Senior Service Assurance Manager 
Location: Castle Donington, UK
Role Type: Contract | Office-Based – 5 Days onsite
Day Rate: £425 (Inside IR35) 
Contract Duration: 6 months

The Role
We are seeking a Senior Service Assurance Manager to ensure service management delivery across assigned D&T product, platform, or infrastructure Tribe(s). Embedded within the Tribes, you will ensure IT services meet required service levels and Service Management practices are fully embedded.

You will champion ITIL4, DevOps, and SecOps, balancing operational stability with delivery velocity. You will monitor performance, identify trends and risks, and work with Tribe leadership to implement improvements. Regular engagement with senior stakeholders will ensure alignment, sponsorship, and measurable improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage technology services across the Distribution Centre.

  • Oversee change, problem, and incident management.

  • Liaise with senior business and technology stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to ensure operational stability.

  • Lead IT support teams and drive service level performance.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Strong background in Service Management.

  • Experience managing major incidents and problem management.

  • Experience in Logistics or Retail is preferred.
