Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Automation Product Owner
We are hiring a Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Automation Product Owner for one of our clients in the Manufacturing industry.
This is a FTE, fully remote role with compensation range $80,000-$90,000 plus benefits. To be considered, candidates’ primary location should be in one of the following states; Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Nevada Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, or Washington.
Responsibilities:
• Lead requirements gathering meetings for customer journeys or campaigns utilizing Marketing Cloud assets
• Collaborate with Salesforce Marketing Operations Manager for project planning and enablement
• Identify project technical requirements and plan workflow of Salesforce marketing team’s projects
• Lead and implement the design of Marketing Cloud solutions and delegate or perform technical engineering tasks
• Drive platform enablement of Marketing Cloud Engagement, Marketing Cloud Intelligence (Datorama), and Marketing Cloud Personalization
• Analyze and suggest enhancements for existing Marketing Cloud to Salesforce or Data Cloud integration
• Plan long-term data ingestion, lead routing, and platform improvements with the CRM Team
Experience Needed:
• Salesforce Certifications such as; Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Marketing Cloud Admin, Marketing Cloud Consultant
• 3+ Years experience as a consultant, architect, or admin on the Marketing Cloud platform
• Exposure to Marketing Cloud Intelligence (Datorama) and Personalization
• Experience working for a large organization with a complex customer database
• Proficiency in at least one programming language such as CSS, IS, JavaScript, HTML, Python, SQL, Ampscript, or C++
