Senior Salesforce Consultant

Our client is a rapidly growing Salesforce Consulting Partner in need of a Salesforce Solutions Architect to join their leadership team. This Senior Consultant will work with key clients to deliver solutions for Sales, Service, and Community Cloud.

Responsibilities of the Role:

  • Consult with key client stakeholders and end users to gather and confirm business requirements.

  • Author user stories and define to-be process flows to support the solution design process.

  • Actively work with project team to ensure completion of configuration tasks and deadlines.

  • Work with team members to test and verify custom solutions to ensure they meet the business requirements.

Ideal Background:

  • 4+ years’ experience in Salesforce Ecosystem.  

  • Project experience with Sales and Service Cloud.

  • Experience working as a consultant and being client facing.

  • Sales Cloud and Service Cloud Consultant Certification is a plus.

  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
