Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems for AI products
- Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code using modern IaC tools
- Build and optimize observability solutions with industry-standard monitoring and logging platforms
- Ensure compliance with relevant data protection and security standards
- Collaborate across teams to integrate AI capabilities and drive innovation
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5-10 years of backend engineering experience
- Strong proficiency in at least one modern backend programming language
- Expertise with containerization, orchestration, and microservices architectures
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and GitOps practices
- Proficiency in at least one major cloud platform
- Demonstrated experience of working on products serving large volumes of customers
Preferred Experience:
- Background in B2C Product-Led Growth products
- Knowledge of Natural Language Processing, AI, and Large Language Models
- Familiarity with distributed search and analytics engines
