As they continue to grow and innovate, they're seeking a talented Senior Data Analyst Manager to lead their end-to-end analytic capabilities and drive actionable insights & strategic decision-making across the organization.

- Lead a team of data analysts to gather, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and finance, to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop data-driven strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Utilize SQL, Python, and BI tools to query, manipulate, and visualize data, and develop automated reports and dashboards to track performance metrics.
- Conduct in-depth analyses of customer behavior, market trends, and competitive intelligence to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Drive the development and implementation of advanced analytics techniques, such as predictive modeling and segmentation, to optimize customer targeting and personalization efforts.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in data analytics, technology, and industry best practices, and share knowledge and insights with the broader team.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in the DTC eCommerce industry or a related field.
- Proven track record of leadership and team management, with the ability to inspire and mentor a team of analysts.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation, as well as Python for data analysis and scripting.
- Experience working with business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI to create interactive dashboards and reports.
- Solid understanding of statistical analysis techniques and methodologies, including A/B testing, regression analysis, and cohort analysis.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
