Key Responsibilities:
You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of all content and user-related processes. As our user base expands, we seek self-driven individuals passionate about crafting cloud-native microservice applications.
Key responsibilities include:
- Enhancing and refining our existing AWS cloud-based microservice application.
- Developing and maintaining microservices utilizing Java, Kotlin, and Spring Boot.
- Overseeing the entire software life cycle, from design and testing to implementation and maintenance of new features.
- Collaborating within an agile team environment characterized by straightforward processes, direct communication, and minimal meetings, fostering ample time for coding.
Skills & Experience:
- Demonstrable hands-on experience with Kotlin, Java, and Spring Boot or Quarkus.
- Proven track record in designing, developing, and operating microservices, prioritizing stability and resilience.
- Proficiency in unit and integration testing methodologies.
- Solid understanding and practical experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
- Strong team player mindset, open to adopting new technologies and dedicated to finding optimal solutions.
- Experience with Docker and operating services in Kubernetes is advantageous.
