Position: Senior Account Manager

Location: Flexible

Working:                     Fully Remote

Purpose of the Role

The purpose of this role is to drive value through engagement with current and prospective clients by understanding the challenges that exist in their business and how our businesses technology and service solutions can help resolve these challenges. 

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Engage with client base to propose suitable our solutions and services to deliver business enablement
  • Develop relevant scoping and budgeting requirements based on thorough understanding of client needs
  • Translation of scope requirements into resourcing requirements and project plans
  • Resource and project management – detailed management of delivery of projects and services on time and in scope
  • Solution and process design based on how our products and services translate into and enable the client environment
  • Ensuring client communication and visibility on all project updates are managed efficiently and effectively
  • Management of all client communication through technical team engagement and enablement
  • Attend to and resolve first line support queries
  • Driving growth opportunities (cross sell/upsell) through project delivery and identification of ongoing engagement opportunities (updated and tracked through CRM)

  • Strong technical aptitude is critical in understanding a client’s technology landscape and identifying opportunities for our partnerships and growth opportunities
  • Linked to technical aptitude is the ability to prioritize issue resolution and understanding where bottlenecks may be created in a client’s project/process and how these can be resolved
  • Ability to ask the right questions through client engagement to fully understand the issues/challenges being faced by a client
  • Aptitude and aspiration to be able to, at least at a high level, use and engage with Technology offerings within the business
  • Excellent change management capabilities
  • Ability to manage many projects across enterprise clients and build and execute a comprehensive strategy roadmap for that client
  • Plan, manage and deliver project plans against project specification at Enterprise scale
  • Understanding of end-to-end processes from integrating with Client’s data sources to delivering dashboards and reports
  • Upsell when and where appropriate to find new opportunities within the client
  • Ability to understand Technology market dynamics and be additive to the internal development process


Qualifications & Experience


  • Minimum 5 years Account leadership experience, managing technology deployments and service management across enterprise environments
  • International company experiences beneficial
  • ability to work in fast pace, agile environment critical
  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or Information Systems beneficial
  • Intermediate understanding of Technology landscapes (Infrastructure/Architecture) Business Intelligence Reporting, Cloud Technology
  • Advanced project management experience
  • Demonstrate experience in building senior relationships with multiple accounts
